The Travel Department does not accept any liability for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
The decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the judge's decision.
Winners will be notified by The Travel Department by email.
The entrant must hold copyright of any photograph entered in this competition and The Travel Department reserves the right to request supporting evidence.
The Travel Department reserves the right to display photo entries within The Travel Department website and as part of the general content. The Travel Department also reserves the right to use all photo entries in other promotions both online and in print.
The winners of The Travel Experience Photo Competition can select any of the holidays featured on The Travel Department website up to the value of their prize.
Competition prizes cannot be redeemed as cash. Travel vouchers can only be redeemed against one of the available holidays listed on The Travel Department website.
The winner must redeem their voucher within one year of issue.
If the cost of the chosen holiday is less than the value of the prize amount any difference in cost is forfeited.
If the cost of the chosen holiday is more than the value of the prize amount the winner must pay the difference direct to The Travel Department according to normal terms and conditions.
