The elegant town of St Moritz is located high up in the Alps in the Engadin Valley in eastern Switzerland. Nestled at the foot of Piz Nair Mountain it is renowned worldwide as a great skiing resort and has cable cars ascending to the nearby mountains. Apart from skiing St Moritz is famous for its breathtaking scenery, mineral springs and a long tradition of woodcarving. There are two museums you can visit: the Engadin and Segatini museums.
